Simon Hutson, a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technology Specialist with Microsoft UK, posted some screenshots and features from the upcoming release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 5.0 also known as CRM V.Next. Take a look: 

While I was at Microsoft Convergence last year I had the opportunity to see a few proposed drafts of CRM 5 from the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product team. Some of the ideas were really impressive and I’m glad to see several features look like they were approved.
